SAS NW24 European Service Expansion

SAS last week announced planned European service expansion for Northern winter 2024/25 season. Planned new routes addition, including selected service resumptions, as follows.

Copenhagen – Kiruna eff 12DEC24 2 weekly A320neo (3 weekly 21DEC24 – 25JAN25; Last served until April 2014)
Copenhagen – Rovaniemi 02DEC24 – 06FEB25 2 weekly A320neo
London Heathrow – Sälen/Trysil (Scandinavian Mountains Airport) 02FEB25 – 23MAR25 1 weekly A320neo (Last served in February 2022)
London Heathrow – Tromsø eff 02NOV24 1 weekly A320neo

Additional frequencies are being introduced on following routes:
Copenhagen – Agadir eff 30OCT24 Increase from 1 to 2 weekly (except 27NOV24 – 18DEC24, 08JAN25 – 29JAN25)
Copenhagen – Gran Canaria/Las Palmas eff 27OCT24 Increase from up to 4 weekly in NW23 to 5 weekly (2 weekly only 14JAN25 – 30JAN25)
Oslo – Gran Canaria/Las Palmas eff 27OCT24 Increase from up to 8 weekly in NW23 to 9 weekly (7 weekly only 12JAN25 – 01FEB25)
Oslo – Longyearbyen

29JAN25 – 29MAR25 Increase from 3 to 5 weekly (3 weekly in NW23 commenced on 17FEB24)
