Korean Air and WestJet from mid-May 2024 plans to expand codeshare partnership, coinciding with the latter's service launch on Calgary – Seoul Incheon route on 17MAY24.

Planned new codeshare routes from 17MAY24 includes the following.

Korean Air operated by WestJet
Calgary – Seoul Incheon

WestJet operated by Korean Air
Seoul Incheon – Bangkok Suvarnabhumi
Seoul Incheon – Da Nang
Seoul Incheon – Hanoi
Seoul Incheon – Ho Chi Minh City
Seoul Incheon – Hong Kong
Seoul Incheon – Singapore

Da Nang will be the brand new codeshare destination for WestJet, as the carrier already codeshares with JAL to other 5 destinations listed above via Tokyo.
