Thai VietJet Air during Northern summer 2024 season schedules additional charter routes to China, including a service resumption. Planned new charter routes include the following.

Bangkok Suvarnabhumi – Chongqing eff 01APR24 5 weekly A320
Bangkok Suvarnabhumi – Datong eff 30MAY24 1 weekly A320
Bangkok Suvarnabhumi – Kunming eff 03APR24 2 weekly A320 (Last served until March 2023)
Bangkok Suvarnabhumi – Xuzhou eff 01APR24 4 weekly A320
