Aegean Airlines and Kuwait Airways since mid-January 2024 launched reciprocal codeshare partnership, covering service between Kuwait and Athens, as well as beyond. Planned codeshare routes cover the following.

Aegean Airlines operated by Kuwait Airways
Kuwait City – Athens
Kuwait City – Bangkok Suvarnabhumi
Kuwait City – Dhaka
Kuwait City – Kathmandu

Kuwait Airways operated by Aegean Airlines
Athens – Irakleion
Athens – Mykonos
Athens – Rhodes
Athens – Thessaloniki
Athens – Thira
