Finnair July/August 2024 Nordic Holiday Destinations Service Expansion

Finnair last week filed expanded frequencies to Nordic holiday destinations for peak summer season, from late-June to August. Based on frequency comparison 17DEC23 vs 21JAN24, planned frequency changes include the following (selected routes are based on comparison to July 2023).

Helsinki – Bodø Increase from 3 weekly in NS23 to 5 weekly (Service operates 17JUN24 – 02AUG24)
Helsinki – Ivalo
Increase from 7 to 11 weekly
Helsinki –Kittila Increase from 7 to 9 weekly (3 weekly in mid-July 2023)
Helsinki – Kuusamo Increase from 4 to 7 weekly (Service in 2023 was not offered between 17JUL23 and 15AUG23)
Helsinki – Rovaniemi Increase from 26 weekly (based on week of 16JUL23) to 34 weekly
Helsinki – Tromsø Increase from 4 weekly in NS23 to 7 weekly
Helsinki – Trondheim Increase from 3 to 10 weekly
Helsinki – Visby
Increase from 3 to 5 weekly
