Hong Kong Air Cargo in late-October 2023 launched freighter service to Italy, which saw the inaugural of Hong Kong – Milan Malpensa route on 29OCT23. This route operates with technical stop via Almaty on Westbound service, with Airbus A330 Freighter.

Operational schedule with the 2 weekly flights as follows.
