Aeroflot Resumes Mauritius Service From Dec 2023

Aeroflot Russian Airlines in Northern winter 2023/24 season plans to launch service to Mauritius, the airline announced this week. From 23DEC23, the airline schedules Moscow Sheremetyevo – Mauritius route twice weekly, with Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.

Mauritius is a service resumption for the airline, where it previously operated between October 1996 and October 1998. At the time the airline operated Moscow Sheremetyevo – Dubai – Mahe Island (Seychelles) – Mauritius routing once weekly, with Ilyushin Il62 or Tupolev Tu154.
