THAI NW23 Taiwan Service Changes – 28AUG23

Thai Airways International (THAI) in last week’s schedule update filed service changes for Bangkok Suvarnabhumi – Taipei Taoyuan route, for Northern winter 2023/24 season. Planned service resumption for 2nd daily TG634/635 from 01DEC23 remains unchanged, however operational aircraft is now listed with Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner, instead of A350-900XWB.

Separately, in preliminary schedule filing appeared in the OAG, THAI plans to assume Thai Smile’s Bangkok Suvarnabhumi – Kaohsiung route approximately from 29OCT23, as it filed TG6xx flight number series. Proposed schedule as follows. As of 28AUG23, service to the Southern Taiwanese city is still available for reservation under Thai Smile’s WE-coded flight numbers and THAI’s TG-coded flight numbers as codeshare.
