Air Canada NW23 Domestic Service Changes – 20AUG23

Air Canada earlier this month filed additional changes to its planned domestic operation for Northern winter 2023/24 season, between 29OCT23 and 30MAR24. This update focuses on service until 30MAR24, despite the domestic winter season scheduled by the carrier also includes service up to 30APR24 on selected routes.

Key service changes:
Montreal – Fort McMurray Service suspended in NW23
Toronto Pearson – Yellowknife eff 02DEC23 Planned new 3 weekly service is now scheduled with rouge A319, replacing mainline A220-300 (AC tentatively lists mainline A220 from 01MAY24)
Vancouver – Halifax Service suspended in NW23

General frequency changes for the period of 29OCT23 – 30MAR24, based on schedule comparison 23JUL23 vs 20AUG23. AC’s 2nd wave of domestic schedule adjustment was filed since late-July/early-August 2023.
