JAL in recent schedule update filed preliminary aircraft changes on Tokyo Haneda – Sydney route, in the first quarter of 2024. As of 07FEB23, JAL tentatively lists Boeing 777-300ER operation from 01JAN24, instead of 787-9.

Further adjustment to this planned aircraft changes remains likely in the next few months, as JAL scheduled to announce Northern winter operation overview around August.
