Air Europa from late-December 2022 intends to resume Madrid – Salvador da Bahia service, last served until February 2021. The airline intends to operate first flight on 21DEC22 at earliest, with Norse Atlantic Airways Boeing 787-8 aircraft twice weekly. From 13JAN23, the airline plans to increase capacity as 1 of 2 weekly service switches to 787-9.
