Qatar Airways Resumes Canberra Service From Oct 2022

Qatar Airways from October 2022 is resuming service to Canberra, with revised routing. Upon service resumption on 01OCT22 (Doha departure), the oneWorld member will operate Doha – Melbourne – Canberra routing, with 777-300ER aircraft.

Following schedule is effective for the week of 10OCT22.

QR988 DOH0130 – 2305MEL0035+1 – 0150+1CBR 77W D
QR989 CBR1430 – 1545MEL1715 – 2350DOH 77W D

Coinciding with the service resumption of Canberra, operating via Melbourne, the airline will be offering 2 daily flights on Doha – Melbourne sector. During FIFA World Cup between 16NOV22 and 20DEC22, Canberra service will be operating as QR904/905 with revised timing, while QR988/989 becomes Doha – Melbourne terminator service.
