JAL Expands Hawaii Service in August 2022

JAL on Thursday 26MAY22 announced major service restoration to Hawaii, including service resumption from Nagoya to Honolulu, as well as between Tokyo Narita and Kona, effective 01AUG22. Planned operation during the month of August 2022 as follows.

* Nagoya – Honolulu eff 01AUG22 2-3 weekly 767-300ER, service resumption
* Osaka Kansai – Honolulu eff 15JUL22 Service resumption with 767-300ER, 1 weekly (2-4 weekly from 02AUG22)
Tokyo Haneda – Honolulu eff 01AUG22 Increase from 10 to 14 weekly, 787-8/-9 operating
Tokyo Narita – Honolulu 1 daily 767 (additional 5 flights departing NRT, 3 from HNL in August)
Tokyo Narita – Kona
eff 02AUG22 3 weekly 767-300ER, service resumption

* Operational day varies during certain weeks
