Air India from 09MAY22 to 22JUN22 is moving selected Dubai service to Sharjah, due to runway maintenance project at Dubai International (DXB). The Star Alliance carrier to operate following routes to/from Sharjah instead of Dubai:

Chennai – Sharjah 1 daily A321
Delhi – Sharjah 12 weekly 787-8
Goa – Sharjah 4 weekly A321
Kochi – Sharjah 1 daily 787-8
Mumbai – Sharjah 3 weekly A321/787-8

AI already operates 1 daily Kozhikode – Sharjah with A321 aircraft, as schedule for this route is listed until 30OCT22. AI will maintain following service to/from Dubai International during this period:

Delhi – Dubai 7 weekly 787-8
Hyderabad – Dubai 7 weekly A321
Kozhikode – Dubai 7 weekly A321
Mumbai – Dubai 14 weekly A321/787-8
